Restricted Use Pesticide Policy

Industrial Vegetation Management a Horizon Company, distributes products listed as federal or state RESTRICTED USE PESTICIDES or RUP's. These products are for sale to and use only by certified applicators, or persons under their direct supervision and only for those uses covered by the certified applicator's certification.

To Purchase RESTRICTED USE PESTICIDES, purchaser must upload a current copy of their valid state applicators certification or license and a completed copy of our RUP Purchase Agreement (Available for download below).

Industrial Vegetation Management a Horizon Company adheres to strict record keeping requirements as governed by the Colorado Department of Agriculture for the sale and transfer of RESTRICTED USE PESTICIDES.
